I know that claiming that I have the recipe for the World’s Best Pancakes is a very bold statement, but it is a statement that this southern girl can stand behind. My Mom has been making me the world’s best pancakes since I was a small child. And the best part is that her world’s best pancakes are not what she is known for! Nope, she really is known for the world’s best peanut brittle. Literally, packages of her peanut brittle are shipped across the country every Christmas.

The thing about her pancakes though is that no matter how hard I try, I cannot get the same results as she does. So recently she was over at my house early one morning and I asked her to teach me how she does it. So we recorded her doing it so that we can try our best to duplicate them!
